These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CELEVARA website at https://www.celevara.app, the CELEVARA mobile apps and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by CELEVARA ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CELEVARA lets you create personalised digital invitations — animated videos and shareable invitation web pages — from our design templates. You can preview any invitation for free; the high-definition export without watermark is a paid digital product.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You can sign in with email and password, Google, or a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of the text, photos, logos and other material you add ("Your Content").
- You give us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content only to create, deliver and host your invitations.
- You confirm you have the right to use Your Content, including photos of other people, and that it is lawful and not offensive, defamatory, obscene or infringing.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
4. Our designs
Templates, animations, artwork, fonts, music and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may share the invitations you create for personal and event purposes. You may not resell our templates, extract artwork or music for other uses, or copy the Service.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of GST on the Pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
- Website payments are processed by Razorpay; app payments by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not store your card or bank details.
- A tax invoice is issued for every paid order and emailed to you.
6. Delivery
Paid invitations are delivered digitally — see our Delivery Policy. No physical goods are shipped.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, hateful or fraudulent invitations, no spam, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, and no access to other users' data.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update designs, features and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how recipients use invitations you share.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of our registered office.
