How your order is delivered
- After successful payment, your invitation video is rendered in HD and delivered digitally.
- It appears in the app and website under My Projects, ready to download and share, and we email you a download link when it is ready.
- Your shareable invitation page link is available immediately in the app.
Delivery time
- Most videos are ready within 5–15 minutes of payment.
- During busy periods it may take longer; every paid order is delivered within 24 hours.
- If your video is not delivered within 24 hours, contact us at support@celevara.app — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery is online and available worldwide wherever the Service can be accessed.
